We are pleased to announce a major new deployment at Brownie Points, with a feature that our clients have been waiting for with excitement as it will be a game changer for many of them.
The platform now supports a Gift Card/Voucher catalogue, with cards that can be redeemed at more than 100 popular retailers including Coles, Woolworths, eBay, Bunnings, Priceline plus many more. The cards are also available for restaurants, travel, hotels, cinemas and more.
This new release offers a fully automated catalogue that reduces the need for HR or T&C Managers to physically buy cards from stores, saving them time and money, and it provides instant access for employees, while reducing the risk around storing cards or experiencing expiry when keeping cards in the office.
With more than 100 cards to choose from, it gives employees a huge choice, while making redemption simple.
A suite of Management tools including a tutorial video makes set up and maintenance easy, and reports show who has redeemed the cards for audit purposes.
The system is extremely quick to set up and can go live within half an hour, and it is easy to make redemptions that are instant and safe, with online videos to guide the user.
The feedback from early adopters has been extremely positive. The feature complements our Merchandise catalogue and the option for internal rewards beautifully.
